3 1/2 Months!

I've been wanting to post a full update for a few weeks but it's been crazy!  Kylie has been changing so much, she has more wake time, but her naps have gone from short to almost non-existant.  We moved her to the crib at 11 weeks 3 days for nighttime and daytime sleep.  That's when the trouble seemed to start.  We actually had 2-3 good nights and then....BAM....night wakings increased a lot.  As of today this is what I'm seeing, but it changes all the time:

Sleeping:  ON A GOOD DAY she is getting (4) 30 minute naps in the crib.  On a bad day (today) she is sleeping on me for each nap and I wake her up when I need too.  The swing and bouny seat no longer put her to sleep.  Nighttime sleep:  We start the routine at 7:15 of changing, tummy calm, sleepsack, lotion, etc.  Then she gets a bottle (which she usually takes 5-7 oz of) then goes to sleep.  We've been trying the Pick up Put Down method of sleep training to try and get her to fall asleep more independently.  On a good night she's asleep by 8ish.  She usually goes 6 hours which usually ends up being around 1:30PM and eats 4 oz.  Then she goes back down until 4:30 or 5 and we can not get her back down so she sleeps with me until McKenzie wakes up.  I've been trying to create some "Fixed points" in her schedule in order to create some sort of a schedule.  I'm trying to wake her up at 7:15 every morning, feed her at 7:30 and give her a nap at 9 and then of course the 7:15 bedtime routine starts.

Eating:  So hard to get her to eat in the morning.  I try to get 4 oz in her at 7:30ish and then she takes another small bottle at her second feeding.  The next three bottles are usually 5 or 6 oz and the final bottle is usually 6 or 7.  On average she is taking 6 bottles a day and eating approz 26-28 ounces in 24 hours.  Approz 4-6 ounces every 3 hours.

Eating: 4-6 oz every 3 hours
Sleeping:  Approz 8-1:30 (4oz feeding) 2:00-5:00 (in bed with me) 5-7:15 - Naps: 4 naps a day, if they are in crib 15-30 minutes if they are on me approz 45-1hr
